The pillow is very good, not as hard as the more expensive ones, but I'm waking up without neck pain, so it's still good for the price paid. In fact, it's a bit smaller than a regular pillow, as the pillowcase is wide.

I just purchased two butterfly memory foam pillows!! After testing them for several days, my experience is very positive because I can confirm that they are very effective for those with neck problems!!! Great pillow, just a bit too low. I have to put another pillow underneath to sleep well. It's also a bit soft. But it didn't cost much - other stores in Poland sell the exact same pillow for 200 PLN. Overall, I recommend it!

The product has arrived well, it comes rolled up in a vacuum bag, after a while the pillow takes shape. The pillow is comfortable and soft, fits well around the neck and head. The shipping was fast, very satisfied with the product.
